COACHING PACKAGES
Our approach to coaching is that the athlete drives the pace of their training.
It would be easy to send out a months worth of training to you and then
expect results. You have a life but you also have cycling goals, our job is to
blend these two together in the form of personal assessments and frequent
contact between you and I. At FIT4CYCLING we want to take the guess work
out of your training and allow you to focus more on quality than quantity.
Here is a glance at the basic package:

How the program works:
Taking information from personal interaction and heart rate/power
testing your training program will be built 2 weeks at a time. This will
allow for specific workouts to be completed before further testing or
adjustments. This program is fueled by you, meaning you will only get
out what you put in. With todays busy lives things come up that will
sometimes interfere with your training plans, but an adjustment is only
a call away. Interaction is very important for your success so unlike
others I do not put limitations on contact.
Basic package cost
$85.00 per month
I have had several request to do some consultations for those looking
for direction in there training and set-up. For those who have a good
idea of what they want and just need guidance to get started and
occasional adjustments this is your place to start. After filling out a
questionnaire of basic information we will sit down and map out a
course to get moving.
